This bowl keeps aging interestingly, it has grown darker and the shape has veered off into a form the wood wanted to twist to naturally.
However it has maintained a flat base, which is exactly what you want from a piece like this - its own character and stability.
It is made from a piece of wood I found buried in a boggy patch of cleared forest, so I'm not 100% certain the type of wood.
